1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the WhatsApp Messaging Platform, software applications, or cloud services provided by Grape Dawn ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use or access our services.

2. Description of Service

Grape Dawn provides bespoke software solutions, cloud API integrations, and messaging platform management software that connects to Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. Our platform enables businesses to manage incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messages, automate customer support communications, and monitor message status delivery receipts.

3. Meta WhatsApp Business Policies Compliance

Users of Grape Dawn's platform must strictly adhere to Meta's official policies, including the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Developer Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited bulk commercial messages (Spam) without prior user opt-in consent.
• Transmitting fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or unlawful content.
• Impersonating individuals or businesses without explicit authorization.
• Attempting to bypass security mechanisms, HMAC signature checks, or API rate limits.

4. Account Credentials & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API tokens (`WHATSAPP_TOKEN`), Meta App Secrets (`APP_SECRET`), and Webhook verify tokens (`WEBHOOK_VERIFY_TOKEN`). Grape Dawn is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials on the user's infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, proprietary algorithms, brand assets, logos, and UI designs associated with Grape Dawn and grapedawn.tech remain the exclusive intellectual property of Grape Dawn (founded 2022). All rights reserved.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Grape Dawn provides its messaging platform and cloud tools on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and low latency, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that third-party networks (including Meta Graph API servers) will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grape Dawn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination & Service Modifications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these Terms of Service or Meta Developer Policies. We may update these terms periodically by posting the revised version on grapedawn.tech.
