User Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

Grape Dawn is committed to protecting user privacy and ensuring full transparency. In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, GDPR, and global data privacy standards, users whose data has been processed via Grape Dawn's WhatsApp Business Messaging Platform have the absolute right to request the complete deletion of their personal information and conversation history.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data using any of the following methods:

Option 1: Direct Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to our Data Protection Officer at contact@grapedawn.tech with the subject line "WhatsApp Data Deletion Request".

Please include the following information in your request:

Your Full Name
Your WhatsApp Phone Number (including country code, e.g., +91 8983353347)
Reason for request (optional)

Option 2: WhatsApp Chat Opt-Out Command

You can trigger automated deletion directly from your WhatsApp mobile app:

Open the WhatsApp chat conversation with the Grape Dawn Business number.
Send the message STOP or DELETE MY DATA.
Our system will automatically flag your contact record for opt-out and queue your conversation logs for deletion.

Option 3: Automated Facebook App Deletion Request

If you interacted with our Meta App through Facebook Login or WhatsApp Embedded Signup:

Go to your Facebook Account Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Navigate to Apps and Websites and locate the Grape Dawn app.
Click Remove and select Send Deletion Request.

Data Deletion Processing Timeline

Upon receiving a data deletion request:

Verification: We verify the request within 24 hours.
Purging: All stored contact details, phone numbers, conversation message logs, and status receipts associated with your account are permanently erased from our servers within 48 to 72 hours.
Confirmation: A confirmation email or message is sent to you confirming that your data has been permanently removed.
